Reservations
Reservations and cancellations can be made online or over the phone by calling our reservations department at 832-618-6607.
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Cancellation Policy
We, at Tours and Transport understand that your travel plans may change or other circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel a reservation, please call us at least 2 hours in advance and your account will not be charged. However, If you cancel your reservation within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up, a cancellation fee equal to the total trip rate will be charged to your account or credit card.
Tours and Transport is not responsible for passenger flights which are missed, cancelled, diverted, delayed or any other incident that results in failure to comply with the required cancellation policy.
Our Guarantee
We at Tours and Transport guarantee to do our best in transporting you to your destination on time. However, because of the nature of our industry and due to situations that are beyond our control, we shall not be held liable for claims resulting in such delays.
Tours and Transport reserves the right to substitute the contracted vehicle with a comparable vehicle if circumstances warrant such substitution.
